What is Isha’s return policy?

In Case of any manufacturing defect in the product received, kindly contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery, and we will help you  get a replacement .

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

– Damages due to misuse of product

– Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

– Any Merchandise that have been altered, laundered or worn will not be taken back.

Copy of the invoice should also be sent along with goods returned. Shipping charges for all returns will be borne by the customer.

 

How do I exchange clothing if I am not satisfied with?

Please ensure that clothes are not used , altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online only if the product has not been shipped or is in process of shipping.

In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us and the shipment charges will be applicable. In order to cancel an item in your order please contact customer care.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and issue a credit note to you. You will be notified of the same.
